Pillar Aberdeen currently employs a full time manager, four part time project workers, financial administrator/company secretary and a general administrator. To assist us with our daily work we employ qualified relief project workers to cover for absent project workers and for facilitating some groups. A professional qualification in social work or psychiatric nursing is needed. We also employ unqualified Relief Project Workers who work along side our staff team.  At the moment men and people from minority ethnic backgrounds are under represented among our workers, and we would welcome enquiries about job vacancies from them in particular.
